Welcome to Trackashow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trackashow mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its original design, code, graphics, branding, and user interface features, remains the exclusive property of Trackashow and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Metadata: TV show data, titles, and images displayed in the app are populated from third-party catalog sources. Trackashow does not claim ownership over this metadata.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include: Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or breach the security of our application, servers, or networks. Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service without permission. Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our business interests. You may delete your account at any time within the application.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to provide a reliable and accurate service, we do not warrant or guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content, data, or metadata supplied by third parties will be complete, accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Trackashow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you access the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
